Cancelation Policy:
For Period 1 May to 20 December:
The Bach cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received up to 45 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 45 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days will result in full payment unless the facility is pre-booked.​​

Terms and Conditions:​
One or more nights' deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance due on key collection. Minimum 2 night stay: 1 night stays by mutual agreements only.

School Holidays, Statutory Holidays, Long Weekends
The Bach cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received up to 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 90 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 60 days will result in full payment unless the facility is pre-booked.
Terms and Conditions:
Two nights deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance due on key collection. Some reservations and some dates require full payment or first five nights as a deposit.
Minimum 5 night stay:
Under 5 night stays by mutual agreements only. Christmas, New Years reservations minimum 14 nights. Long weekends are a 3 night minimum unless by mutual agreement. Rates quoted online are a guide only. They vary for from day, week and month long stays as well as for school holidays and the time of year. The number of night stays are at the discretion of the owners of Ligar Bay Baches.
